Motlow's men's basketball team trailed by only four points at halftime but couldn't make up the difference in the final 20 minutes as the Bucks dropped a 92-79 decision to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College on Friday in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Motlow (3-7, 1-3) will play Northeast Mississippi Community College on Saturday, Nov. 26, finishing its three-game trip to Missouri.
Dylan Wade and Mi'Quan Tucker led the Bucks with 20 points each, while Wade pulled down 10 rebounds with three assists and Tucker hauled in nine boards with two assists.
The Bucks shot 42% from the field, including 10-24 from 3-point range. Tucker led the way with four 3-pointers, while Raymon Adams and Lavonte Harris each hit two.
Motlow won the rebounding battle 39-32 but turned the ball over 20 times, compared to only 14 turnovers for NE Oklahoma.
Adams had a solid outing with 10 points, five rebounds, five assists, and three steals.
Matthew Jones added nine points and five rebounds. Debron Russell scored six points and had four rebounds.
