Arthur Latham
Arthur Latham was named the head coach of the Motlow Bucks men's basketball program on April 28, 2017.

Coach Latham played for and coached under former head coach J.T. Burton at St. Catharine College in Springfield, KY, and for two seasons at Motlow. Coach Latham helped the Bucks win 55 games during those two seasons, with the team winning the TCCAA/Region VII regular season and tournament championships in 2016-17. The Bucks then advanced to the NJCAA Tournament, where they won two games before falling to Eastern Florida State College.

For the past five seasons he has been an assistant coach at St. Catharine, helping guide the program to two NAIA National Tournament appearances.

Latham graduated from St. Catharine in 2010, where he was an All-American performer as a member of the men's basketball team. He earned 1st team all-conference honors his first two seasons at the school when it was a junior college and a member of the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association. The final two seasons of his playing career St. Catharine expanded to a four-year institution and joined the NAIA.
